Hello everyone, and thank you Natalie for having me as a guest on your blog! I really appreciate the opportunity! 

I started really getting into nail polish about two years ago, when I stumbled upon Konad / nail stamping on other beauty blogs.  Then I googled Konad and I was amazed at what you can do with nail art!  After that, I started (obsessively) purchasing and collecting polishes and image plates.  Finally, I decided to start my own blog so that I can archive my art!  My blog is dedicated solely to nail art stamping, but there may be an occasional polish swatch. 

For today's manicure, this shower curtain was my inspiration.  I applied a base color (Zoya 'Kelly') on all nails besides my pinky.  For my pinky, I applied China Glaze 'Dandy Lyin' Around', then applied Zoya 'Kelly' over half my nail, and then China Glaze 'Kinetic Candy' over 1/4 of my nail.  I then applied silver striping tape where the colors meet.  I then used Nailz Craze plate NC01 to stamp the dandelion on my other nails. On my ring finger, I applied one silver hexagon glitter.

Today's design is inspired by a pastel galaxy nail art I saw a few days ago at Makeup Withdrawal post. It instantly reminded me of the Nailz Craze NC02 stamping plate that has these little sparkly stars on it, and the fact that I've been wanting to create a galaxy mani for a long time but never did it until now. So I decided to created this whimsical galaxy design with a few of my favorite pastel colors. You can see all the polishes I used for this design at the last photo.

I started this nail art with a lilac base Luci Darling 02. I applied one coat since the coverage was pretty good and I was about to layer other colors on top of it. Then I used a makeup sponge and applied light blue (Essence Sure Azure), pink (Essie Fiji) and gold (Barry M Gold Foil) polishes on the nails, tapping lightly on the nail. The first taps were a bit sheer so to achieve a deeper color I repeated this step once they dried a bit. Then I applied the gorgeous silver holographic glitter polish - Barry M Diamond Glitter, and stamped on top of it the sparkly stars stamp from Nailz Craze NC02 plate using Konad white (which was AH-mazing! First time I use this polish and stamping with it was just perfect!). On the thumbs I stamped the unicorn stamp, the whimsical part of this mani ;) I finished the design with one coat of Poshe.

I really love my whimsical galaxy nails and the unicorn is such a pretty addition to it. As it's winter time here, I could barely get these photos at a good light since it's raining all day, but I guess this will do. They sparkle much more than it shows and the colors are prettier in real life, you'll have to take my word on this one ;)

Sooo, this is it? 2012 is behind us and it's officially 2013!

My last manicure for 2012 wasn't too fancy but I still like it and I was pleased with how it turned out. I thought I will go crazy with all sorts of glitters but I was so tired so I went for something safe and simple.

I applied two coats of a dark blue creamy polish by Life 343, and stamped over it with Essie No Place Like Chrome. I used the fauxnad plate m83 that has this lovely design, and this is actually the first time I create a mani with it. I got this plate from Bunny Nails and I'm very pleased with the quality of this one. To finish the design I applied one coat of Poshe.

I waited about half an hour before I went to bed and I was afraid I will wake up with sheets textured nails, because I normally don't do my nails so late. But I was surprised they were perfect when I woke up. Good job Poshe! ;)

So this was my last design for this year. I can't wait to dig into my pile of new polishes I got lately and try them all. Is there a better way to start the year? ;)

Hello ladies!

This weekend I felt like wearing something bright and fun on my nails, and I also wanted to use the Q1 Konad dupe plate I received a while ago, so I thought it would be fun to make this combination.

I used this gorgeous fuchsia color by GADE - Fashion Fuchsia #384 and stamped over it with WnW black creme. These black lightning bolts really pop out on this color.

I simply adore the designs on this plate! For a cheap dupe this plate is pretty neat! I really love it and can't wait to use it again.

I know I'm really late with posting about this swap, but I decided to share it with you anyway. :)

This is my first nail polish swap I did with Amber - which is the best gal ever! She spoiled me so badly!

I gotta tell you that I was a bit bummed because we said we will be swapping for about 7 polishes, and then I got this HUGE nail mail from her with all the extras and felt kind of bad that I didn't send her as many things, but I promised to make it up for her and I have some really nice stuff that I bought for her and I will be sending them to her in few weeks.

I was soooo excited about this package, and she let me know that I should expect two things form my wishlist which was awesome! She got me Revlon Whimsical and Essie's As Gold As It Gets. I was so happy! Whimsical was impossible to get here and Essie looks so precious. 

Then of course you can see the lovely nail polishes she sent me and the goodies.

I was especially excited about the Sally Hansen color Quick pen because it is awesome for stamping and I got gorgeous results, and the black Wet n Wild nail polish is also amazingly good for stamping - but of course Amber knew that and that's why she sent me these polishes.

I also got the Burt's Bees lemon butter cuticle cream I asked for and I'm really addicted to it, I use it every night and the results are great. 

She also sent me a Konad stamping plate which is great because I'm addicted to stamping!

There's also a cute mini OPI set which I really like as well. Did you know that the minis are so adorable?! It's so tiny and cute! I don't know for how many times it will last but it's adorable! AND I love Katy Perry :P

Another surprise was Sally Hansen Byte which was simply gorgeous over black! 

I've received so many nail polish that I don't know when I will have the time to swatch it all! lol
