Hellooo ladies! Today's post is very special and kind of exciting for me! This is the first post in a series of a blogging challenge group posts that I will be making with a few fellow bloggers - The Beauty Buffs.
This group was recently founded by the very lovely Nory (you might know her from Fierce Makeup And Nails blog) who had this idea of gathering a few talented and creative bloggers in the nail art, beauty and fashion community from around the globe, and together create themed posts twice a month. I was super excited when Nory offered me to join this group and I think it's a great opportunity for me to challenge myself and bring a bit more interesting content to you, my readers, and also a great way for you (and me) to get to know some new and awesome bloggers!
The first theme challenge was Pastels! Oh what a great theme, so trendy and fun!
For this post I decided to create simple a nail art for spring with pastel colors, and this is what I came up with. Keep reading to find more about this fun spring manicure.

Hello ladies! So yesterday I showed you my review of two PUPA Lasting Color Gel products, and as promised, today I'm going to show you a nail art I created with this pair, adding some stamping and glitter! It was such an easy nail art to create and I'm having so much fun wearing this bright mani, so I hope you'll like it too.

For today I have a simple glitter gradient manicure, I chose these colors because they seemed to suit the season so well. I created this mani last week while it was still sunny outside, and I really love how these photos came out. Although it's a simple manicure, I really loved how it turned out and I hope you will too!

Then I created a glitter gradient using Butter London West End Wonderland,
it's a lovely mix of gold and orange micro glitter in clear base. I've
had it for quite a long time but just now decided to use it.
I
applied the glitter at the cuticles, pulling it towards the center of
the nail to create this look. To finish the design and smooth it out, I
applied one coat of Poshe.
I feel like this combination of colors is working so well and that's it's suitable for fall. Despite my nails being super long on these photos, I kinda like it and I think that dark colors look really nice on this length (lucky for me they will grow very fast after I file them this week). I know not everyone likes nails that long, and I have to admit that they look better in photos then in real life, but I enjoy painting these claws, it gives me a lot of great space to play with beautiful nail polish and to create nail art lol ;)
I hope you liked my simple fall mani and enjoyed the photos. Thanks for reading and have a wonderful week!

So today I have a super cool manicure to share with you! I've been wanting to do it for a while and I just love how this design turned out. The best part? It was super easy and fast to make, thanks to the awesome OMG Nail Strips!
When I got the opportunity to choose the designs from OMG Nail Strips, this awesome Crossbones design was my first pick, so I was very excited to review it at the blog.
These nail strips are exactly the same as the ones I reviewed in my previous post, so if you are curious to read about my first experience with these strips, be sure to check that post.
The package contains 14 nail strips in various sizes, for me these were pretty much a perfect fit. They are not sealed completely so I think they will not ruin if you open the package and still be usable after a while, unlike real nail polish strips which will dry (and became unusable) unless the package is sealed.

The package contains 14 nail strips in various sizes, for me these were pretty much a perfect fit. They are not sealed completely so I think they will not ruin if you open the package and still be usable after a while, unlike real nail polish strips which will dry (and became unusable) unless the package is sealed.
This time I learned from my mistakes, so I decided to file off the excess of these strips instead of pulling and removing them with acetone (like I did last time), which pretty much ruined the tips, since these are more like stickers than real nail polish strips). I'm glad I did it this way because this time I received a flawless look and the nail strips looked great!
I would advice you to watch their instruction video before you apply these nail strips.
I didn't apply a top coat for these photos because I didn't want the fast dryi top coat to shrink the edges at the cuticles, but after a few hours I felt like the nail strips were a bit tacky and that a top coat could have prevented it. They still look great, but I think I will add a clear nail polish on top just to get rid of the sticky feeling and keep the nail strips shiny and in place.
I decided to spice up this manicure with some glitter, so I applied white nail polish on the ring finger and thumb, then topped it with one coat of China Glaze Glitz'n Pieces glitter which I think matches the OMG Nail Strips nicely.
Glitz'n Pieces is a mix of black and silver glitter in hex a bars shapes, all mixed in a clear base. This polish is meant to be a topper, it's very dense and packed with glitter, so you can easily get a great coverage with one coat. For me it felt a bit too dense but I have to admit, it looks great on the white base, and I will probably use it again pretty soon because it looks awesome ;)
I hope you liked my black and white crossbones manicure, and that this review was useful for you. I would love to hear your thought about it!
OMG Nail Strips offer a large range of nail strips and nail foils at their site, the price is affordable and not expensive at all, shipping is free worldwide.

When I want to create a quick and pretty nail art, water decals are my "go-to" place. It's been a while since I posted nail art at the blog, and I felt like doing somethings pretty and delicate this time.
To create this manicure I started with two coats of Color Club Endless, a light baby pink creme. Then I applied the flower water decals (design G065) from Born Pretty Store. I decided to add some glitter to this design, so I filled the empty spaces between the decals with some glitter from China Glaze Make A Spectacle. To seal the design I applied one coat of Poshe.
If you have been following my blog for a while, you probably already know that I'm a huge fan of water decals and I enjoy using them for my nail designs. I love how easy and quick they are to apply, that they are pretty much mess-free, and how great they look on the nails.
Born Pretty Store have some great water decals designs, and they are constantly bringing new interesting designs, so to be honest I'm checking their site almost every day to see what's new and add things that I like to my wishlist.
I hope you will like this design, and if you haven't tried water decals yet, I hope this post will encourage you to integrate them into your nail art. I think that this is such a great and fun way to achieve beautiful manicures with minimum effort. Believe me - once you try water decals - you can't go back! ;)

Born Pretty Store also carry a huge selection of nail art related items and also nail polish in various colors and textures.
Be sure to check their store and don't forget to use my discount code that gives you 10% off your entire purchase at the Born Pretty Store (code PNL91), and also enjoy the FREE worldwide shipping on every purchase.

For today's post I will be sharing with you my favorite color from the China Glaze Autumn Nights collection - Rendezvous With You. I think this is the most interesting and beautiful polish in this collection, and I was very glad I got it because this is truly a great polish.
China Glaze Rendezvous With You is a
gorgeous dark purple with tons of silver shimmer that almost gives it a
foil look. The color itself is very interesting and it looks great in
different lighting, each time he light brings out something different
and interesting about this polish.
The formula was
spectacular! It was super opaque with just one coat, spread easily
without streaking and dried really fast. I don't think you can ask for
anything better than this in a polish.
For the photos below I applied one coat, no top coat on.
I
think this is a great polish in every aspect, and for me it easily
became one of my favorites for the upcoming fall-winter season.
Defiantly one of my best purchases lately!
Have you tried this
color yet? I would love to know what you think about it, and if you
haven't got the chance to try it, I would totally recommend you to keep
an eye on this gorgeous polish, I have a feeling you will end up liking
is as much as I do.

Shana Tova (Happy Jewish New Year) to all my dear readers!
For this festive holiday I decided to wear one of my new additions from the China Glaze Autumn Nights collection. I've purchased only three colors from this collection so far, but seeing swatches of these great colors only makes me want to get them all.
China Glaze Red-y & Willing is a gorgeous shimmery red. It has a fantastic and opaque formula, I just needed one coat for a great coverage. Application was really nice, not streaky at all and the finish was quite glossy. I really love this color and I think it's a classy and feminine shade.
For the photos I applied one coat of Red-y & Willing and topped it with one coat of Poshe.
I decided to get a little creative for Rosh Hashana, so I included in my photos pomegranate seeds which are one of this holiday's symbols.
I wish you a great year filled with joy, love and creativity!

Today I have another swatch from the China Glaze Hologram collection to share with you.
China Glaze Infra Red is a pretty magenta holographic polish. Its formula was similar to When Stars Collide which I reviewed in the previous post, but the holographic effect was less impressive. I liked the fast drying time and the great coverage this polish gives with just one coat. For the photos I used two coats alone.
I also found it hard to catch it's holo effect on camera, so it actually looked a bit more holo in real life. This is a very pretty and vibrant color, but the holographic effect was too subtle to my taste.

Today's I have a swatch of a lovely China Glaze holographic polish from the recent Hologram collection. There was a big buzz around this collection when it was out, and everyone were curious about these, whether they are as holo as described or not. Some swatches showed them with a glorious and delicious effect, and some were so dull that you could have think there are not holo at all.
I've had this polish in my untried stash for a while, and today I decided to finally swatch it and see how it will look on a sunny day.
China Glaze When Stars Collide
is a maroon (or a brownish-plum?) with a subtle holographic effect.
Apparently it's holo effect is one of the strongest in the collection,
so I'm not sure if I should call it subtle or not, but this wasn't the
strongest holo I've tried.
The
color is very beautiful and interesting to my eyes, this was one of the
reasons I wanted it to begin with. The color reminded me of another holo
polish by Dance Legend - Optical Illusion that I've swatched before, but it's effect wasn't even close to DL.
The formula was very good and spread evenly and easily. I used two coats for the photos, tho it was very opaque with one coat. I might need to test it for stamping, I have a good feeling this could be a great stamping polish thanks to it's density. It dried quickly and left me very impressed with the formula.
Overall I liked this polish, but I wish the holographic effect was stronger. On the other hand, if you are looking for a subtle effect, this might just be the one for you.
